You diet should be largely the same. You should always include fruits, vegetables, lean meats, whole grains, poultry and fish. You should not have soda, energy drinks, chocolate… you know what is making you fat.
You should be exercising at least a few times a week. One or two sessions of doing a full body workout at the gym will help you immensely. Exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench press, shoulders press etc will burn fat faster than you ever imagined. It will also tone up your body super fast.
Cardio should also be included and anything such as sprints, stair climbs, swimming, cycling etc will be hugely beneficial to your fat loss.
