I really like this book. I’ve been lifting for years but wasn’t using a wide variety of exercises so I got stuck in a rut and bored from not changing up my routine enough. The book has a couple different plans you can choose from, and you can alter them based on where you current level of fitness is. I used the “Look Great in Eight” plan to help me get back in bikini shape and loved it.

This book had a lot of information in it. It didn’t seem to give any extra insight into getting into extraordinary shape. It’s more about really working to get into decent shape and stresses that it takes a lot of work to get into bikini model shape. Maybe I’ve just read and seen too many things that the information in this book seemed like stuff that I’ve already heard. Nonetheless, it does have a lot of information and would be a great tool to help someone get into shape if they’ve never been into the fitness “thing” before.

i was looking for 101 workouts with weight then came across this book in Waldoff Bookstore.read thru it n found it interesting t get one myself.

As a Head Coach I highly recommend this book written specifically for Women. Extremely well Organized & Illustrated. A must have for healthy living.
